After further training at the IFOMENE-Institut Catholique de Paris, Anne Lévy, Trademark and design attorney and partner at Brandon IP obtained the master degree in mediation this year. With this institutional qualification she is allowed to be designated by the Courts or by the parties to intervene to resolve conflicts between companies.
We thank her for allowing us to advertise about this additional qualification within the Brandon Group.
Mediation is a method of amicable settlement of disputes which aims to attempt to re-establish dialogue and find a negotiated outcome taking into account the needs of each of the parties, with the assistance of an approved, impartial and independent third-party mediator.
It is therefore a way to resolve conflicting situations by seeking a common denominator. Increasingly used by French courts in various areas of law, particularly in intellectual property, this is a complementary qualification of the Brandon Group.
The graduation ceremony scheduled for December 11 unfortunately had to be canceled due to covid sanitary precaution measures.
