Still stemming from the PACTE law, but on the patent side, April 1, 2020 also marks the launch of the patent opposition procedure, allowing a third party to request before the French Patent Office (INPI) the total or partial revocation of a patent issued as of from April 1, 2020.

Thus, it is strongly advised to watch on your patents in order to be informed of any new publication, and counter it beforehand.
