Action for Claiming Ownership

PubliƩ le 26 August 2024

A legal action that a person, whether an individual or a legal entity can initiate if they believe that the holder of a patent or a patent application has stolen the invention and fraudulently filed the patent application. For the action to succeed, the person initiating the claim must provide evidence that their invention was misappropriated. It is worth noting that the action does not necessarily concern the entire patent or patent application but may only involve a part of the patent.
