From August 3, 2024, it will be possible to designate Qatar in an international trademark or to base an international trademark on a Qatari national trademark.
After the United Arab Emirates in 2021, Qatar becomes the 115th member of the Madrid system.
The applicable fees and the details of the national procedure will soon be disclosed by WIPO.
